How to use Saiyo AI
Step-by-step instructions for enterprises and applicants
After signing in, start from the enterprise dashboard. From creating a job to designing tailored tests to evaluating candidates — AI assists at every step.
1. Set up your company (once)
- 1Company cultureWhere: Settings (/enterprise/settings)
Enter your company culture and values. The AI uses this when generating questions and the personality profile, so the tests reflect your company.
2. Create a job (AI can draft it)
- 1New jobWhere: Jobs → New job (/enterprise/jobs/new)
Enter the job title and a few key points (hints).
- 2AI draft
Click “AI draft” to auto-generate the description and requirements from your title + hints, then edit freely.
- 3Focus areas
List the focus areas — each becomes an evaluation dimension the AI builds questions and scoring around.
3. Build your job-specific tests
Open the job (/enterprise/jobs/[id]) — everything below is on that page.
- 1Skill question setWhere: “Question set” section
Click “Generate with AI” to create skill questions from the job description + focus areas + company culture (or use the free default template). Pick 3–10 questions.
- 2Scoring rubric (dimensions)Where: “Scoring rubric” section
Add dimensions — one-click presets plus custom; weights sum to 100. The AI scores each dimension.
- 3Personality testWhere: “Personality” section
Generate the culture-aware personality profile first, then “Generate personality test” — or use the free Big Five scale. You can preview the questions.
- 4Assessment contentWhere: “Assessment content” section
Tick what to send candidates: Skill set / Personality test / AI adaptive interview. They complete the enabled parts in order.
4. Bring in candidates
- 1Publish the job
Published jobs appear in the public job board; candidates can apply themselves.
- 2Invite directlyWhere: Candidates page (/enterprise/jobs/[id]/candidates)
Enter an email + deadline to send a test invite. Attach the candidate’s resume PDF so the AI interview is grounded in it — even before they register.
- 3Source talentWhere: Find talent (/talent)
Proactively search the talent pool and scout candidates.
5. Evaluate & shortlist
- 1Candidate listWhere: /enterprise/jobs/[id]/candidates
See AI fit, culture fit, scores, and tags; filter and sort.
- 2AI match & ranking
Generate an AI match explanation per candidate and an AI shortlist ranking for initial screening.
- 3Board, interview, hireWhere: Board (/board)
Drag candidates across stages, schedule interviews, and mark hired.
6. Analytics
- 1Talent analyticsWhere: Analytics (/enterprise/analytics)
Funnel, conversion, sources, and a searchable applicant directory.
